A Curious Design Blog Hop… ecco la mia collana! - A Curious Design Blog Hop… my necklace!

Hello to Blog Hop partecipants! I’m Jò, I’m Italien (sorry for my bad english!) and my blog name says it all about my great passion for Alice in Wonderland: a wonderful book full of inspiring quotes about life, believe in ourselves, stay young cultivating our fantasy and curiosity…

I watched the cartoon and the film several times (also in original language), I read the book several time and I want to read it also in English, because unfortunately with italian translation we lost all the nonsense and the Carroll’s use of language…

I cannot loose an Alice in Wonderland inspired Blog Hop, I had to partecipate! Smile

My inspirations were book quotes, colors and objects that reminds Lewis Carroll masterpiece…

I though a long necklace, with metal mix (to remind confusion of Wonderland), with beads in colors symbol of Wonderland: red, white, black (the roses, the cards…).

I create a huge copper pendant, oxidated it, stamped it with “Who in the world am I? Ah, that’s the great puzzle” quote and added charms representing objets that reminds the story: heart, teapot, cup of tea, key, watch…
