BoBunny DT call submission

I was super excited when I saw BoBunny DT Call Announcement!
I really LOVE their collections and all the coordinating elements: their products satisfy any crafting style!
I told myself "Well, Jò, don't miss the chance to make this dream come true! Try it!!"
So, also if they asked for something completely new to me - I never made a Pocket Style project before! - I put all myself on this call and these are my projects:

BoBunny Website

Misc Me/Pocket Style

Let's start off with a scrapbooking style that is completely brand new to me!

I decided to decorate with dew drops, to create little spots of colors.

I alternate cards and pictures and I added coordinating elements to fill my pockets. In the "dream" card I added a pinwheel because I made paper pinwheels as our tableau: guests could take home the pinwheel with their name and have a special memory of the day!

I didn't add the journal yet, but I decorated the journal card with some stickers, as I did for all the other cards and also directly on pictures.

I really enjoyed doing this kind of project, I think it is perfect when you have more than one picture to scrap, you can use it instead of a multi photo LO.

Layout

Next, I created this colorful layout as my 2nd project.
It perfectly shows my love for mixing patterned papers and for a colorful, funny style!
This is what I love most to create, but my first inspiration is always the picture, so I can go from one style to the next and create very different projects - this is why I always have trouble on defining my style LOL!

I cut strips of various BoBunny patterned papers, trying to achieve a colorful but balanced scheme, distressed them to create texture and create my background. This is also a great way to use your scraps!
I also matted my picture with different patterned papers and adhered it with foam tape to create dimension:

I added a lot of stickers and various type of embellishments, that are my go to on each and every project!

Mixed Media/Fine Arts

My final project is a mixed media LO about a day at the beach. I am not a mixed media artist, but I love to experiment with dimensional paste, stencil and mists:

I used an old credit card to apply dimensional past through a stencil, than I spray mist different shades of blue to recreate a water effect:

I used two BoBunny glittered brads to adhere this tag:

I added stickers, dew drops and chipboard to complete the LO:

Tutorial

Now, to conclude my BoBunny DT application, here is a tutorial on how I've created this LO about my wedding:

1.             Background paper is floral patterned paper. Trim a white cardstock to a 10” square, distress all the edges and glue it down on background paper.

Apply purple, mint and gold mist. Create also random splatters.

Adhere two stripes of distressed papers.

Layer picture creating a sort of frame for it using three different patterned papers. Remember to distress them to create texture and visual interest.

IAdd the picture adhering it with foam tape to create dimension.

Add a flower and stickers. Add half pearls in group of three and the layout is ready.

Thank you all so much for dropping by today and a special thanks to BoBunny for the opportunity to apply to be part of their team!

*fingers crossed*
