Today I will show you how to turn out a theme paper that don’t match your theme to one perfectly matching! One of my favorite collection from Paper House is “Endless Summer” paper pad: the upper paper that I used as background is a beach theme paper from this paper pad.
But my layout wasn’t about summer, so I covered the part of the paper where there is a windsurf with a patterned paper from “Garden” paper pad and now I have a paper just perfect for my picture:
I added those cute little cupcake stickers to stay on theme: I wanted to celebrate "Cloud Cake”, which was our favorite breakfast during our road trip in USA (it was really delicious"!)
I made a distressed banner with paper from “Garden” paper pad and I stamped on it and on my picture too. I added a fabric flower and a strip of washi to separate the two background papers. I added sequins to make layout sparkle (I love using sequins!):
I used the striped paper from “Blossom” paper pad to write my journal and I added a butterfly puffy sticker (Oh, I ADORE this!)
Partecipo a:
- Scrapki-wyzwaniowo - challenge#106: anything goes
- Simon says Stamp – Monday challenge: I ought to use this more (I have plenty of washi tape and I never use them! Here I used a cloud washi to separate the two different paper on my bg)
A bright and lovely layout, got almost hungry :) Thanks for playing with us at Scrapki-Wyzwaniowo!
