“A spooky night” - Paper House Halloween week

This post is in Italian and English
Do you feel Halloween in the air? I LOVE it and I wish it will be more widespread here in Italy in the future… Two years ago I organized a themed party because my Love birthday is in that days!
This week we celebrate Halloween at Paper House blog and I made two layout about my party:

  1. Tear yellow striped paper form “Hipster” paper pad (the light blue one) and apply it where shown – in the middle you will see the junction of the two pieces of paper since it is a 6” paper but don’t worry, you will cover it with stickers!
  2. Adhere the pictures with foam tape to the brownish paper from “Great Outdoors” pad and distress the edges of the paper with scissors or distress tool to create texture. Add layers using the red paper and the other brownish paper from the same pad and distress them the same way, then adhere everything on the background paper.
  3. With red and brown paper create a banner, distress it with scissors and apply it as shown.
  4. Now it’s time to embellish: place the stickers as shown and apply the rubon.
  5. Add the title using alpha stickers and write your journal directly on the background paper.

  1. Tear away all the border of the “fright night” paper and glue it on orange cardstock.
  2. With the big shot and three different embossing folder of your choice, emboss black, cream and brown cardstock. Adhere them to picture as shown to create layers.
