Submission post for The Robin’s Nest DT call

Hello everybody, this is my post for applying to a spot on The Robin’s Nest DT… wish me good luck!

 

I made a photographic step by step to make this layout titled “Let them eat!”:

My LO is on the backside of another one, so in the beginning I had a piece of beige cardstock glued to another one: I decided to add a strip of patterned paper to add more colors. As you can see, there were also the backside of brads on my LO; don’t worry about that, you will cover them! It is so funny to try to use all the backside of your papers, also if they are ruined there always is a way to fix it!

Next I cutted and distressed two strips of other patterned papers and glued them as shown. I cutted in a half a doily and glued as shown.

I decided to place my biggest picture between the two paper strips, under them to create a sort of frame for it:

 

 

Next I attached the three smaller pictures using 3D foam tape, to create dimension:

Now it’s time do decorate the layout with themed stickers: you can notice that I covered the backside of brads with some of them!

 

Now it’s time for the title: I chose a cork alpha to stay with neutral colors  

The layout is ready, I hope you liked it.
